Vanucci Posted April 11, 2018 Share Posted April 11, 2018 hi I have the regular member group and it cannot sent a pm with text, they can attach only a file, there is no text area, this is the same for anyone who attempts to pm them too, only the ability to attach a file. evandixon Posted April 12, 2018 Share Posted April 12, 2018 Sounds like there may be a problem with CKEditor. Try looking in the JS console for any relevant errors. Sadly, the only way I know to go forward is to reset it, which will remove all of your CKEditor customizations (custom buttons, placements, permissions, etc). So before you do that, make sure to clear the system cache. Resetting CKEditor may be worth a try if that doesn't work. I recommend making a backup first if you did customize the editor a lot. bfarber Posted April 12, 2018 Share Posted April 12, 2018 Most of the time when I see this report, it is caused by using Cloudflare with their 'Rocket Loader' feature enabled.
