Facebook page plugin not appearing within custom page block

Hi, I've tried inserting both versions of the code (javascript and iframe) from Facebook Developers portal to include the Page Plugin as a block within the site.  But either way when I do it, this is what I receive - A blank widget space which does show the same dimensions for what I selected in the settings (180 width x 220 height).  Anyone else have this issue?  Any ideas?
