Path issues running converter

Hello,

While running a conversion from phpbb to ipb 4.3, I am getting path not found errors. I am assuming it's php is_dir() permission's related.

I am running:

Nginx and php-fpm 7.2 on centos 7. I have followed the tutorial here on setting up IPB on nginx and mariadb. 

I am running the conversion on a new server so I copied the old site over to the new server but the old site is not live.

Both the old site and IPB site are using www-data as the php user. I have given this user readonly and execute rights to the old sites full path /srv/http/domain.com/phpbb/* using setfacl.

Hopefully someone has also encountered this issue and can give suggestions on how you've solved it.

Copy the files to the current install/location to rule out any permission issues, ensure you chown them properly too.
