Subscriptions - User Feature Toggle Options?

So subscriptions - move or add a member to a group - 

It would be nice to do a "Diff" style report between features or settings between groups and present these settings and then allow admin to make these end users choices.

An example: 

Members --> Gold Subscriber (secondary group)

Members see ads,  as a Gold Subscriber they would have the option to turn off ads - rather then them just being removed. 

Members the side bar is static - Gold Subscriber they could toggle it at will.

There are probably other settings once they have been granted to the new group by (promotion - or by subscription) would give the end user this choice.
