I run a community that has a high number of people advertising contracts and services/jobs. I want to limit the amount of topics that can be created by certain usergroups to avoid people opening multiple services/tasks.

Basically the easiest way to do this without making a service/contract extension would be to just be able to limit the amount of topics certain usergroups can have in this particular forum (excluding locked topics, because they are considered completed contracts.)

Does anything like this exists? I am happy to discuss prices for a product solution.
