It sounds like you actually want tiered permissions for new members before they get "full" posting privileges.

AlexWright Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 That can be set up with the Member group Promotions functions found on the Members Tab in your acp. You can set to Days registered, number of content items and more.
