.Ian Posted February 17, 2018 Posted February 17, 2018 Hi all My MySQl drive died yesterday - quickly replaced and the backup restored. However - I am now getting an error every minute from /public_html/interface/task.php all c7ad8f0793eecb3470b it is a plain text email, saying connection to the database has failed. But that could be a red herring as the site appears to be running. Essentially it looked like the task.php file is not running correctly. I've turned off cron for now, but if anyone has any thoughts that would be appreciated. I appreciate that this site is still on the old software and that is no longer supported by IPS.
Aiwa Posted February 17, 2018 Posted February 17, 2018 I'd check and make sure that key in the command is still correct. go to your AdminCP and find the CRON settings. Grab the new command, w/ key, and add it back to cron.
.Ian Posted February 17, 2018 Author Posted February 17, 2018 Thanks! However the key etc., is still the same. I'm going to find someone to upgrade me to V4 once the new version is released.
