Developer needed for Hire

I am looking for a developer to help create an application for my forum. 

In short, its going to a guess the image style app where a user can upload 4 images, enter the answer in a field such as "HIT" in the case of the attached image. 

It will then add in other mixed letters to make it more difficult to guess.

I would like make sure this is heavily social so that a single turn (the 4 images / guess is considered a turn) could be shared to Facebook/Twitter where they can click on the link to go back to it and submit their guess.

Anything like this exist or would anyone be interested in doing it?
