Changing the colours requires specialist coding in the formatting but if you're happy for everything to have the same colouring, it's easy; just select it from Display Options for the field. 2 is a block created in Pages. It looks more complicated than it is because they've manually written the HTML to represent the fields. They've not been generated automatically; it's just custom HTML, then the block dropped into the page. 3 is a block called Database Filters from Pages.
