Seems users can still send PMs. The PM gets blocked but a follow up email is still sent notifying the user of the PM that should in fact be blocked. In my case, when a member disable PM - anyone who sends a PM sees a message: "XXXX cannot receive messages." Everything works correctly. How do you do Block PM?
