Did you know which file needs to be edited to add text to the place marked below (under TOPICS) in fluid version?

Or is it possible to add this text only in the appropriate categories, like Pre-Sale Question and Feedback and Ideas ?

In this case, no. Topics would be like FORUMS in the traditional list. You would need to edit a template or a plugin. Can’t tell now which template is as I’m on a mobile device now. 

I’ll tell you later if no one else does it first.
