Hi guys,

Been stuck on this outdated version of IPS for a while because our host kept saying they'd upgrade PHP but never did.

Transferred the site over to the a new server host, got everything running, then tried to update it via the admin CP. Unfortunately I got this weird error during the upgrade and now I get it every time I try to log into the CP.

I have a support ticket open but they are taking a really long time (we don't have priority support). I figured it was worth a shot posting here, maybe someone could point me in the right direction.

Download the latest version from your client area
Uploads all files
Remove all files from datastore directory
Start upgrade ...   your domain/admin/upgrade

Disable all third-party applications and plugins, especially anything related to an Auto Welcome.  

Then attempt to upgrade.
