How to delete or replace a tag manually in database

Hello guys,

I'm tryng this command to replace this big tags for another tag, but don't works. How i can delete manually this tags in database?

UPDATE `core_tags` SET `tag_text` = REPLACE(`tag_text`, 'relato', 'relato') WHERE `tag_text` LIKE '%relato%252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252Bde%252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252525252Bviagem%' COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci

 

I install the Tags & Prefixes Applications and they craeate a lost ofs this big tags:
