Programming need (paid)

I just saw the App "User Groups in Registration Screen & Account Settings 2.0.7" which is quite helpful for me. 

I am now looking for having required and/or not required fields that need to be entered during the registration process depending on the chosen User-Group.

I am looking for somebody who can code that, I am of cause willing to pay for the programming work. Anybody here who could do that ?
