Moving user to another group after X warn points?

I had this feature in IPB 3.4, but I can't seem to find it in IPB4. Is there a solution for this?

there no moving group option but have warning options like ban etc.

Unfortunately my site is tied to the homepage which has 3rd party applications(not IPS pages). Is there a way to allow said users to be banned from froums only but allow access to other systems & allow users to ban appeal?

I guessing using Wordpress as front page would not have own permissions? As never used two sets software for site I am unsure on your answer.

Having user banned on forums will result in him/her not being able to access the frontpage

You can probably move a user to another group using this application
