Anyone who can explain this?

First I'm even hearing of Club Owner or Leader.  

Moderator I assume is still what it's always been, someone that has sub-admin access to the forums/other things and can move stuff around and pin/delete posts, warn users etc but has no access to the deeper functions of IPS products. 

I'm guessing the answer to this is at the Knowledge Base somewhere. Sorry I couldn't give you a solid answer.  I guess I have the same question.  hah.
