but when I click this item ("test") - it's effect like it want to open "submenu" for this link. Only after second click link is opened correctly.

Is it normal behavior?

Do you have touch screen... I think this happens on touch screen

no, I tested this on Opera and Chrome desktop. please give it a try and check. I think it's a bug.
