I can create new pages but when I go to the site and open the Page Builder and the menu opens up, I can drag blocks over to the page but they do not load onto the page. This also happens with existing pages that were previously edited this way. I have disabled all plug-ins, checked my permissions and still no go.

I determined that I had either made a change in global template or there was something I probably did not change after a version update.
