How to download the latest patch manually?

Hi,

I am trying to download the latest patch (see below) to fix an issue we are having, but I am getting the "There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance." error message. The link provided points out to the whole IPS 4.2.3 package. I can't find this specific patch at the Client Area. Thanks.

Tou have to download the whole package and upload it. Rebuild cache after upload all files.
