how to disable register using email..instant register using social login only

currently my web been register by many spammer and email not verify..it really annoying..

so i want use social login such google, microsoft and so on

As far as I know you can't disable the standard login handler.

Have you enabled the IPS Spam Protection service? Usually works pretty good blocking the spammers, and you can control the validation action depending on the determined threat level. You could also use the questions and answers challenge for sign up. It's all in the ACP.
