I just noticed on one of my boards, you can Recommended Posts, which is an amazing feature! Why can't I do it on my other board? Is there a certain setting that I can't seem to find?

It's a moderator permission: ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators -> edit your group or user -> Content tab -> Can feature comments? and Can unfeature comments?.
