When I edit the member to chnage from "member" to VIP and save it will not change and still gets stuck as being an member Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bradl Posted August 5, 2017 Share Posted August 5, 2017 I just looked at my group promotions ACP and noticed instructions about putting the rules in a specific order. They were listed in reverse order so I had to drag the "highest" promotion to the bottom. May not be relevant for you but something to check.
