MySQL 5.7 using Binary Logs is slower than MySQL 5.6

I am using MySQL 5.7. So can I disable Binary Logs with IPS 4.2.1 ?

At least in MariaDB it comes disabled by default. I think in MySQL its the same, you need to enable it. Check if you have any reference of log_bin in your my.cnf.
