Just upgraded to 4.2....it was easy to promote posts to Facebook, etc. with a click of a button at the bottom of my forum. They have now disappeared?

Also, how do I get that grid/table option to show up next to the New Post green button at the top of the forum?

Promote a thread should be in the top right corner.

Promote a post should be in the drop down "Options" menu at the bottom of each post.
