I'm a personal fan of the built-in IPS Spam Service.  It's based upon well-known anti-spam principles like data aggregation, email honeycombs, bayesian filtering, and network clearinghouses.  Also, it has magic.  

No other spam service has magic like IPS, which is why it's so amazing.
