Are you using custom templates? Does the delete link contain the method call to attach the csrf key?;)

No the default template this was from the front end of the site. But was able to delete the records from the ACP

Is this 4.1.x or 4.2 ? Could you create another record and try to delete it? Is it happening again?

4.2 just created a topic and tried to delete it same error.

This should be fixed in the next beta
