My clubs will be based on the following parameters

1 Events 

2 On going projects

3 Regional local volunteers

Clubs is not the right word....

pl suggest - These are like activity centers , information centers.... What can be the appropriate name... and how can we change the same?

I have changed ours to Teams 

Its a long old process but can be done via the languages and clicking Translate

Yep, clubs is not a good choice for your community

Ill rename them Groups, or Circles

Use a thesaurus for ideas and try different keywords to search for!

Organisations

I personally use Coteries but that is because the term is better than clubs in the sense that I'm using them. They are simply groups of like minded individuals.

I've fully renamed them and moved the friendly URLs:
