When I choose "Default widget" it works fine, but when I choose "Fixed widget"  does not display at all.

What can it be with this?

Check the user group setting

If still doesn't work then send me a link so i can check

On mobiles the fixed widgets will become default widgets

If i understand this correctly, You can do that, Just set the switcher type to advanced :) When you open the fixed widget, it will remain open even after refreshing the page

No

Is there any particular reason for that?

I love how it work on desktop, specially the switcher function, but I would like apply some result on mobile version, e.g. when user reading content(for members or staff working), alway can call the widget for fill form purposal, or collecting datas...in my case, very usefully because the setting is really easy to use.

Hi, is it possible to insert own text/image instead FontAwesome switcher icon?

Hi,

It could be possible with custom css otherwise, not. the field copy pastes fontawesome class names in a element
