Cloud Upgrade not taking effect

Hey guys,

 

I recently upgraded my Cloud package from the smallest $20/mo package to the slightly larger package that provides more online user capability and the Commerce App. However, the Commerce app isn't appearing. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not sure if there's something I have to do on my end, as I'm somewhat new to using the Cloud hosting. Normally, I would think I could just download the commerce app on the portal.

 

I contacted support yesterday, but it looks like they're away or, at least, very delayed for the holiday weekend.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

You will need to wait for Support to install commerce on your cloud account.

In general, you will learn to request support tickets during normal business days because IPS is non-responsive during weekends and holidays except for emergencies.
