Hello. It would be nice, if could turn off pages from Pages app with output error message for groups without access permissions, for example - "This section is being finalized and in 2 days will be opened"

You can already do this, System > Applications then click the padlock icon for 'Pages' and toggle the 'application online' setting. You will then be able to set a message.

So I disable all applications, but I would like to disable individual pages of app

Sorry, I misread your post. I read it as the Pages application as a whole.

What’s on that page? Can’t you just set the permissions of the content to admin-only and add a temporary block with the “work in progress” note for members and guests?
