With one of my themes, notifications pop up 4-5 times a minute. With other themes they only show once, as intended.

Any clue?

 

1. To clarify, are the notifications appearing multiple times in the inline notifications (the black ones) or the drop-down notification menu (in the user bar)? 

2. Do you have any plugins installed like Clear Notifications or Mass Notification that you've tested to uninstall? 

3. Did you contact the theme author?

1. Online. View the video.

2. No

3. Yes. No solution there.

1. Revert back to default IPS theme

2.  Disable all third-party apps and plugins

3.  Run the support tool to clear the browser cache

Then see if it's still happening.  If it is, then send in a support ticket.  

I'll try. But this error also occurs on the theme creators forum. So it's not only mine.

It's probably a theme related error..

Does anyone know what triggers these notifications. I mean the code, where is it.
