When I go to "/admin/upgrade/" I get: ________________________________________________________________ An error occurred (500 Error) We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. You can try again by clicking the button below, or try again later. _____________________________________________________________ Ran the checker Upgraded SQL tables to utf8 Loaded 4.x files. Adjusted conf_global.php. Please let me know if anybody has any ideas. Thanks!
May 20, 20177 yr I don't have any ideas on your particular problem, but IPS support provided courtesy upgrades so make sure you send in a ticket.
May 20, 20177 yr Author They told me they would not do the upgrade, even it I paid. Unless I was hosting with them. I opened a "system down" ticket. No response yet. Thanks!

May 20, 20177 yr Management Yes, we provide free upgrade service from v3 to v4. @INDMAS You were told in your recent ticket that we could not upgrade your PHP version from 5.3 to 7 as that is something your web host must do. That has nothing to do with us assisting you in upgrading your Invision Community.
