Would make logic sense to have a dynamic staff list of Club owners. 

I wouldn't want this as club owners are not staff members.

Hence the classification Club Leaders or Club Owners they would be the staff for their respective clubs.

Clubs leaders already show at the top of the list when you click Members inside a Club.
