Thought I'd give the beta a whizz on a replica of my forum and without thinking what I was doing made some school boy errors, and now I'm stuck.

I was also getting this error. After submit a ticket to IPS support now everything is working again.

What did they do to fix it? Do you know?

That is their own secret. Probably this is corrected to next beta version.

Using both the bug tracker and the ticket system are your answers here.

Seems my report on this has been archived so it can no longer be seen. But it is corrected in Beta 3, which I assume will be released soon. In the meantime you can change a line in your config file.

Change:

'installed' => '1',

to

'installed' => true,

This will fix the issue if you cannot wait till Beta 3.

There's also a patch on the release notes for this particular issue (or you can use the workaround posted above)

Because all the URLs are wrong. Make sure you actually have the test installation base URL in your config file and just to be sure, clear the cache. 

It's this

'board_url' => 'https://www.thelotusforums.com/forums_test',

which seems correct to me. Already cleared the cache using the support tool. 

Anyone? I opened a ticket on Friday but didn't hear back, I guess it's a busy time right now!
