Where's your ACP View taken from, @Alexis Compain? Am I able to edit which groups that can be assigned? Would prefer not to allow moderators control over user's profiles, but need something in which they can switch people's secondary groups without access to the AdminCP.

The screenshot for ACP view was taken from a member profile edition page in ACP
In ACP you are able to asign all groups. In front, if you are moderator you're able to asign all group except admins, moderators and guests groups.
Moderators don't needs to access to the AdminCP for manage secondary groups in a user profile

In Admin PC > Moderators > Edit permissions > Members toggle > Here

Thanks for prompt answer. In 4.2.3 it is a bit different (Admin CP > Members > Moderators > Member Management), but I found it after your tip.

BTW: Would be good to be able to choose, which groups can edit Profiles (so not only Moderators, but some other group of choice). And also to limit which secondary group they can assign while editing the Profile.
