Cannot click on buttons sometimes

Hi,

I'm running the latest version of IPS, and I'm having some issues which have frequently.

You cannot click on any button like post thread, reply to a thread, or any of these. Sometimes shoutbox won't load too.

Another problem I'm facing right now is when people are trying to register I'm getting this error: https://gyazo.com/057337b01039026c906812dfefd04068

Can someone help me please?
