Feature Request: Add member searches like activity streams

I would like to see Member Searches implemented like Activity Streams. That is, a set of predefined Member Searches are included with the Admin being able to add site-specific searches to the list. And, the user may add custom searches to the list.

Already IPS4 has Content Searches covered by the Activity Streams feature, but I don't see how to save Member Searches to make it easier for checking the profiles of lists of members I am repeatedly interested in. The Follow feature is sort of like this, but you have to explicitly add a member to add them to the Followed Member Search list.

BTW, the new Leaderboard feature could be the basis for this Member Searches feature, as the Leaderboard simply shows 3 Member Searches:

1. Leaderboard
2. Past Leaders
3. Top Members
