Frustrated with support time

I am a current IPS customer. I recently just purchased commerce, blogs, and gallery. My original renewal fee for Pages and Forums (two applications I owned prior to purchasing the aforementioned three) was $40.00. After adding the new licenses, this fee went up to $95.00. I'm pretty sure I don't need to renew the products I just now purchased, so I opened a support ticket about it. The ticket was passed to management and then it seems it has been ignored. I'm trying to get my IPS community up and running and moved from Xenforo - please help with this incident.

Since we're entering a holiday weekend in the UK, I think tagging staff is not entirely unreasonable. So, yeah:

 I have an open ticket with:" Someone will be in contact as soon as possible." That's 10 days ago.. Seems like patience is needed..

Yeah. It's been about a day now but for something like a quick invoice fix it seems lengthy. I'm really eager to get this solved so I can convert my community. The suite itself is amazing. Let's hope the support can match it. 

I had a ticket marked low priority make it's way into the management queue and it took less than 3 days to get a response (which was just now actually).
