Feature Request: Make Tel form helper much more useful

Small feature request...

I need a much better international telephone input form helper in IPS4 Core. The current Tel form helper isn't much help for users.

I found this github project that is actively maintained and looks exactly what I want for my IPS4 site:

I'm pretty sure that other IPS4 admins/devs could use a better telephone input field on their IPS4 forms...
