I'm running into this issue where I have a business related profile fields needing to be filled out but they are bypassed. One solution would be to have a user message posted to fill their profile out and until its complete, the message stays. Or on social login, have them just redirected to their profile settings.

Assuming it is needed before IPS implements it (assuming they do), I can vouch for this:

Good call out. I purchased and installed it. Works great and should be a built in function for fields that are required upon registration, should you have that enabled in settings.
