[DEV NEEDED] Crop/Resize uploaded image

Bascally, I need a plugin which will take any image uploaded and resize/crop it into a SQUARE image, using ImageMagick which has already been installed on my server.

For instance, if the uploaded image has dimensions of 400x700, it will create a 700x700 image, center the 400x700 image onto it with a black background.

In other words, whatever the dimensions of the uploaded image are, it will place create a square image with a black background and fit the uploaded image inside it.
