Posted March 28, 20177 yr Hello, we offer support for our customers via our forums and it would be beneficial to offer users a "private content field" when posting a new thread/post. They could for example post teamviewer credentials or screenshots It should be possible to specify what groups are allowed to see the private content fields and what forums provide such a private content field.

I've seen this in a wordpress forum system: Once posted the private content will appear in an "extra box" named "private content - only visible to moderators".

Not out of the box, but you can technically customize the template to hide the fields for individual groups. Not the best solution, I know.
