Today i am look for 2 things, i have given delete power to my moderator, but i would like to get a plugin or something which allow me to get back the deleted post by moderators, i searched in market place but i dint find anything & also i am look for a plugin which show the download count of the attachement in threads

First feature will be added in 4.2 so writing a plugin for that is a purposeless.
