Post tags like [color=x], how to hide after a conversion

Hello,

Attached is an example of a post converted from SMF. What are the options available to me in order to fix these tags that display amongst the content? I don't necessarily need them to work, they can also just hide. 

Does IPB4 still have BBcode, I was thinking maybe I could just re-create the tags manually.

The converter should include most standard BBCode tags.  

You should submit a ticket and ask why the converter didn't convert
