At the bottom of the forum where it says "Contact Us", it would be really nice if there was a way to change that text in the admin cp.  

So many people on our forum read that and think it's a way to get in touch with the threads author.  Then staff winds up getting a ton of these random emails, and keep having to issue the same response.  If I could change that text to "Contact Staff" or "Contact Administration" or something, it would help quite a bit.

You can do this by editing the language pack.

Yes - select your language, click the Translate button, and look for the contact and/or contact_admin language keys.
