Serach > Basic question

Installed IPS 4.1.18.2 > everything works fine.
Entering the system "Pages" is visible.

Step 1 ... I start search with two keywords and find nothing:
https://example.com/search/?type=cms_records7&q=debica+germany
Search is working only in CMS section.

Step 2 ... I click to Forum and search again: https://example.com/search/?type=forums_topic&q=debica+germany
And i found what i am looking for.

What i have to do that i receive a search result also with step 1? ... so that search works all over the installation without first clicking to "Forums".
