Jelly Belly™ Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 IN ACP there is a setting for choosing an analytics provider, mine is set to "none" yet Ghostery give a tracker warning for Google Analytics in my brower how can this be removed please ?, I have no wish to use googles service and don't appreciate a browser warning telling me google tracker has been blocked it shouldn't have needed to be blocked because it shouldn't be there in the first place Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nathan Explosion Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 Honestly....I doubt anybody will be able to help you unless you provide a link to your site so that it can actually be looked at. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Why do I need to provide a link ? I'm asking why I'm getting a google tracker warning on my site when everything pertaining to google in ACP is disabled Its not skin related because its there in the default skin too so its not embedded in the skin, and there is no external content being loaded on my site Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nathan Explosion Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 So that the source html code can be checked to see if anything Google analytics related is being served up... Simple as that. Your call if you don't want to link your site Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Simple as that. Your call if you don't want to link your site I've got this Quote (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })(); Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nathan Explosion Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 Best log a ticket to get it looked at further then.. If you have it disabled, and codes being served, then it's possibly a bug. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
