Is there a way to make an invisible / unsearchable group?

I have a group that I use for some private things, I don't want regular members to be able to use member search to:

a) See that the group exists, and

b) Be able to pull a list of members of that group

Not yet.  

But you're in luck.  This is coming in the next release of IPS v4.1.19
