My username/PW work here, but not in the upgrade process.
It just says they are incorrect.
Anyone else have this problem?
PW reset seemed to fix it.
Your password for the Community (i.e. forums) is not necessarily the same as when you log in to the Client area for support, etc.
I joined the Community first, then later was required to provide a PW for the Client area. It is not the same, and it causes me confusion at times.
I was able to log into the mothership.... my PW for both has always been the same.
Voodoo is the most logical answer.
