Support Question - How do I get notified

Testing functionality on my site.  How do I know when I receive a support request?  I don't get an email, I don't get any notifications, I don't even get a number indicating a request on the Commerce tab.  The only way I notice anything is if I drill down in Commerce and I see a badge for Support Request.

When I reply back to a support request, my test user will get an email.  

I get an email if I click the "Contact Us" link.

My test user only gets an email.  No notification or badge indicator on the Support tab.  Is that normal?

Just a quick follow up on this question.  :hyper:

goto the Support Requests acp page

hit the my preferences link

at the bottom of next page there should be options to set up notifications for support requests ?
